If I kill a sliver do the other slivers lose it's ability.

My brother has a sliver deck and I want to know if I take out his winged sliver which gives them Flying do they lose flying or do they keep it and just any new slivers he casts won't have it?

Winged Sliver

They lose it. Winged Sliver has a static ability that functions only on the battlefield. It grants an ability to other Slivers only as long as it is under your control as a permanent. If it leaves the battlefield, its effect ends.
