if i have manaweft sliver in play, then the next turn i play any other sliver, can i tap that sliver for mana right then?

i was just wondering.. figured i would ask..

No. The new Sliver will still have summoning sickness unless your Slivers also have haste. Because Manaweft Sliver 's ability has a tap symbol in its activation cost, creatures afflicted by summoning sickness won't be able to tap for that ability.
