How does Stuffy Doll interact with trample?

I'm wondering if it's worth playing if I can get it out easily

Indestructible only means that the permanent can't be destroyed by destroy effects or lethal damage.

With trample, you need to assign lethal damage to each of the trampler's blockers before you can assign any damage to the defending player. Lethal damage only takes into account damage marked on the creature, and trample only cares about assigning damage that would be lethal if it were dealt (so it doesn't account for protection, prevention, or indestructible). A trampler would only need to assign 1 damage to Stuffy Doll before it assigned the rest to the you. The fact that Stuffy Doll won't actually be destroyed as a result is irrelevant.

Well, because the trampler would only need to deal 1 damage to Stuffy Doll before trampling over, you wouldn't get much use out of the ability.

Also, note that if you activate Stuffy Doll's activated ability during the declare blockers step, the trampler's damage will all go through because it will see a 0/1 blocker with 1 damage marked on it.
