how does Breath of Fury work?

Does Breath of Fury give you as many additional combat steps equal to the number of creatures you can attach it to or is it only one additional combat step. I am very confused on how it works and would like clarification.

Breath of Fury has an ability that triggers whenever the enchanted creature deals combat damage to a player. You can "chain" the ability so each additional combat phase produces a new instance of the ability (assuming the enchanted creature of that combat phase deals combat damage to a player), which produces another combat phase.
