How does bestow work?

Asked by capriom85 11 years ago

So, I am not a fan of bestow, but let's say that at some point I decide its in my best interest to use my Boon Satyr for its bestow cost instead of just play him in my g/w aggro deck. I know that if the creature dies it becomes a creature, but what if it gets hit with enchantment removal; Does it become a creature still because it isn't attached anymore?

Instead of casting the creature, you can pay its bestow cost and enchant it to a creature. If the enchanted creature were to die, put the bestowed enchantment on the battlefield as a creature.

My question specifically asked if the creature, while an enchantment is removed, what happens? The text only says no longer attached...so...

If it's bestowed onto a creature and gets hit with enchantment removal, it is still destroyed.
