Horobi, Death's Wail + Cower in Fear

If I use Cower in Fear while card:Horobi, Death's Wail is on the field under my control, does it destroy my opponents creatures and not mine or does the ability only work if I target a single creature? Thanks!

Cower in fear does not use the word target. It does not target. Only aura spells, and things that use the word target, target.

I suppose I should be clearer in my answer too. Failed to actually answer the main question. Cower in fear, since it doesn't target, won't trigger Horobi's ability at all. This was probably easily discernible after my last post, heh.
