Well, I was wondering first off, when you tap the five vamps and take control of target creature is that permanent? Cus it does not say until end of turn. And What happens if you have 2 of them on the field at once, as regards to the +1/+1 ability to other vamps. Since they both say "other" vamps get +1/+1 does that mean that they give each other +1/+1? If someone could explain this to me it will be much appreciated! Thanks!

You are correct on both counts. Because a duration is not given, you will control the stolen creature indefinitely. Each of them will get +1/+1 from the other one on the field.

The first ability applies a control-changing effect without a fixed duration. You'll keep it until it changes zones in some fashion, or a new control-changing effect is applied over top of yours.
Each one is, itself a vampire, so one will give the buff to another and vice versa. So they'd give each other +1/+1 but not themselves.
