Henrika, Infernal Seer  ^Flip if another creature has Flying, deathtouch, lifelink do they only gey +1/0 or is it +1 for each keyword?

Just +1/+0. Saying "flying, deathtouch, and/or lifelink" means a creature with any combination of those keywords will get the stated +1/+0 bonus. If it was meant to be able to give a bonus for each of those keyword a creature has, it would be written to spell all that out separately for each keyword.
