Helvault flicker

If I exile a card with Helvault, then flicker Helvault with Brago, King Eternal, will those cards that are exiled still be able to return to the battlefield?

If a card mentions its name in the rules text, it always refers to "this object right here".

If you flicker a permanent, it becomes a new object with no "memory" of its previous states, so no, you won't be able to return creatures you exiled before flickering Helvault.
