Guttersnipe and Storm effect

If I have a Guttersnipe on the field and I use 4 instant and soccerys cards then I combo it with a Ground Rift Does Guttersnipe ability still proc?

No it does not.

Storm stays to copy the spell. the copies don't count as being cast

A good rule of thumb is if

A. You copied the spell

AND

B. The effect text that copied the spell does not say that you cast it

than the spell does NOT causing a on-cast trigger
