Grimgrin, Corpse-Born Sacrifice Ability

Can I use Grimgrin, Corpse-Born 's sacrifice ability right as it comes into play? Or do I have to wait until the next turn?

Grimgrin's ability does not include a tap or untap symbol, so you can activate it even if he is summoning sick. You do not have to wait.

Summoning sickness stops you from doing two things:

1) Attacking with that creature.

2) Activating an ability of that creature with the tap or untap symbol in it activation cost.

Since Grimgrin, Corpse-Born doesn't require either of these things for the activation of its ability, you may activate it as soon as you want.
