Grand Architect ability says, "tap an untapped blue creature you control: add 2 to your mana pool...
Does this mean you may tap a single creature or as many untapped creatures you control?

The activation cost for the ability is to tap a single untapped blue creature you control. This will add 2 to your mana pool with the restriction that it may only be spent for artifacts. However, you may activate the ability as many times as you can pay for it.
Note that since the ability does not involve a tap symbol, you may tap creatures which have summoning sickness.

you can tap as many creatures you control. Even the ones that still have summoning sickness. This is because the word tap is used and not the symbol for tapping a card. If you got 5 blue guys, you can make 10 mana to spend on artifact spells/abilities by tapping them all.
