I had a question while playing against a combo elves deck. Is my opponent allowed to cast Glimpse of Nature twice and in turn whenever he plays a creature, draw two cards and 3,4 if he played the third and fourth one?

Yes since casting a creature would trigger each effect of multiples of Glimpse of Natures. Only static effects, such as vigilance or shroud, do not stack and instead simply become one effect. All other abilities, activated and trigger, go on the stack separately, unless stated otherwise.
