Generator Servant and 2 creatures

Can I split up Generator Servant 's mana to cast two creatures and give them both haste e.g. Borderland Marauder and Kinsbaile Skirmisher

Yes, you can do that.

The haste-granting effect applies to any creature spell paid for using the mana produced by Generator Servant 's ability. It doesn't matter whether you spent all or some of this mana on that spell.
