Fiery Justice + Tainted Remedy

If i have Tainted Remedy on the battlefield and cast Fiery Justice can i hit 10 "damage" to my opponent (5 damage + give him 5 life)? is it right?

Pretty much, yes. This would cause your opponent to lose a total of 10 life (5 from damage, and 5 life loss thanks to Tainted Remedy's replacement effect).
