Ezuri's abilities have haste?

Can I activate abilities like Ezuri, Renegade Leader s the turn he comes into play or is that affected by summoning sickness?

Specifically, summoning sickness means that you cannot activate abilities that have the "tap" symbol or attack if they have not been under your continuous control since the beginning of the turn. Ezuri, Renegade Leader can activate both of his abilities whenever you want as long as you have the mana.

Additionally, you cannot activate abilities which have the -untap- symbol either.
