Energy Counters you say?

Glint-Sleeve Siphoner states that whenever it enters play or attacks it gains an energy counter. If there are 2 or more of them however, do the gains counters independently of each other, or do they gain a counter for each Glint-Sleeve Siphoner in play at that time?

they both give you an energy counter that you can spend however you want, but you get them at two separate times for effects that care about that.

Sadly, it only references itself. Regardless of how many of them you have.
"201.4. Text that refers to the object its on by name means just that particular object and not any other objects with that name, regardless of any name changes caused by game effects.
201.4a If an ability's effect grants another ability to an object, and that second ability refers to that first abilitys source by name, the name refers only to the specific object that is that first ability's source, not to any other object with the same name. This is also true if the second ability is copied onto a new object."
