Doubling double the counters?

Two Corpsejack Menace + two Kalonian Hydra when the Kalonian Hydra 's attack what does the counters go to assuming the Corpsejack Menace came out before the Hydra's.

The timestamp order does not matter.

Kalonian Hydra 's ability is a triggered ability. This is what happens.

1. You attack with both Kalonian Hydra s. Their abilities trigger.
2. The first Kalonian Hydra 's ability resolves. It attempts to double the number of +1/+1 counters on each creature you control, but both Corpsejack Menace s' replacement effects apply. The effect determines how many counters there already are on each creature. We shall say each creature has N counters on it. The first replacement effect doubles this to 2(N). The second doubles this to 4(N). The first Kalonian Hydra 's ability adds 4(N) counters to each creature.
3. The second Kalonian Hydra 's ability resolves and goes through the same process. You would take the 5(N) counters on each creature (4(N) plus the original N) and attempt to add another 5(N) counters. This is doubled to 10(N) and then again to 20(N). The end result is you add 20(N) counters to the 5(N) counters.
4. Each affected creature has 25(N) counters on it.

If Corpsejack Menace was on the battlefield first. Two of them though. Then two Kalonian Hydra 's attack... So Corpsejack Menace would double the hydra first twice for two of them then they attack doubling and more are being placed so are doubled twice again due to Corpsejack Menace

As I said, timestamp order doesn't matter for the combat ability.

The only thing that changes if both Corpsejack Menace are out first is the number of counters on each Kalonian Hydra as they enter. Each Kalonian Hydra will enter with sixteen +1/+1 counters.

Then when the Kalonian Hydra both attack with sixteen +1/+1 counters what would be the doubling effect, would each Corpsejack Menace be triggered? If so, how many times and +1/+1 counters would be placed overall?

Each Kalonian Hydra will have 400 +1/+1 counters on it.
