Does Vorel of the Hull Clade double counters?

there was some discussion on one of my decks about if Vorel of the Hull Clade does double all counters on creatures on the battlefield. Need some clarification about this.

Yes it will. From the card's Gatherer:

  • The effect of Vorel's ability will essentially double the counters on the target artifact, creature, or land. For example, if a creature has three +1/+1 counters and a divinity counter on it before the ability resolves, it will have six +1/+1 counters and two divinity counters on it after the ability resolves.

As stated by its text, Vorel of the Hull Clade specifically doubles the number of counters on the artifact, creature, or land chosen as the target of its ability. It will not double the counters of all creatures on the battlefield at once.
