Does Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth apply to all??

When I play Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth does it apply to ALL lands in play by all players or only MY lands? Thanks.

If it were only your lands, it would say "Each land you control." Since it says "Each land," that means lands your opponents control as well. That is why Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is the easiest way to enable Swampwalk.
