Does true colorless mana count towards things like Pentad Prism?

Asked by AjaniShaman 9 years ago

Now that colorless mana is a real thing, does colorless mana count towards things like Pentad Prism, do cards like this count it as a real color?

Colorless mana was always a "real thing", it's just written in a different way now when it appears in rules text (like how "battlefield" is the current name for the old "in play" zone). There are still only five colors in Magic: . Colorless isn't a color, and doesn't count for Pentad Prism and similar cards.
