Does Sheltered Aerie stack?

I'm trying to recreate an old-ish deck of mine where I enchant a forest a bunch and keep using it with Arbor Elf and I want to be certain it works

No. Sheltered Aerie gives the land an additional mana ability. This ability is an activated ability, meaning you need to manually activate it in order for it to do anything. If you activate the ability, you'll have to tap the land to pay for it, so you won't be able to activate other instances of the ability (or reactivate the same instance of the ability, even).
