Does Semblance Anvil work for all artifacts if i imprinted one?

Semblance Anvil works for all spells that share a card type with the imprinted card. If you imprint an artifact, all your artifact spells will cost 2 less.

Yes. It's so clear cut that I don't even know if I can quote anything to back up my claim.

Here are the Gatherer rulings, I guess.

  • 1/1/2011 Artifact, creature, enchantment, instant, planeswalker, sorcery, and tribal are card types.

  • 1/1/2011 Spells you cast that share multiple card types with the exiled card still cost just 2 less to cast. They don't get a greater cost reduction.

  • 1/1/2011 Semblance Anvil takes the total cost to cast a spell into account, not just its mana cost. This includes additional costs (such as kicker) and alternative costs (such as evoke). It also includes cost increases from other sources (such as Lodestone Golem's ability).

  • 1/1/2011 Semblance Anvil won't affect the part of a spell's cost represented by colored mana symbols. For example, a spell that normally costs 1U to cast would cost U if it shared a card type with the exiled card.

  • 1/1/2011 Semblance Anvil can reduce the amount you pay for a spell's cost that includes X. For example, Blaze is a sorcery that costs XR. If the card exiled with Semblance Anvil is a sorcery, and you want to cast Blaze with X equal to 5, you'll have to pay only 3R. This is true even if the ability states that X must be paid with a certain color of mana (as Drain Life does).

  • 1/1/2011 Semblance Anvil's cost reduction effect is mandatory.

I guess the 1st, 2nd, and 6th rulings are what you'd look at for confirmation.

Yes Semblance Anvil works for all spells you cast that share a card type with it. Therefore if you imprint an artifact creature then all creatures and all artifacts will cost 2 colorless less to cast. If you decided to just imprint an artifact or just a creature or an enchantment then it would make the appropriate card type cost 2 colorless less to cast.
