Does Relentless Assault effect creatures with summoning sickness?

I'm leaning towards no but I don't know

Relentless Assault only does what it says it does. It untaps all creatures that attacked this turn and gives you one more combat phase. No creatures with summoning sickness could have been declared as attackers so they don't get untapped (a creature put directly onto the battlefield attacking doesn't count as having "attacked"), and no creatures with summoning sickness can be declared as attackers during your extra combat phase.
Is there some other question you're asking?

What they both are trying to say is no. Relentless Assault will not affect creatures with summoning sickness, unless they have been tapped by another source before your combat phase, and they cannot attack with summoning sickness.

I'm not sure the nature of your question, honestly. It can affect anything that attacked this turn to untap them, which any creature with summoning sickness would not have done. If you're asking whether or not it allows creatures with summoning sickness to attack during the additional combat phase, the answer is no. Summoning sickness is active for any creature that has not been under your control since the beginning of the most recent upkeep.
