Does milling with no cards in your library make you lose?

example:

You have 2 cards in your library and someone Mind Sculpt s you. Do you lose because you have to mill 5 cards that don't exist? Or is it the next time you would draw a card.

I guess the question really is, does milling count as drawing?

Milling is not the same as drawing. You only lose for having to draw from an empty library, not for having to mill from one.

There is no extent to which you can be milled while your library is empty.

However, the moment you are forced to draw from an empty library, you fail to do so, and lose the game. Milling does not count as drawing.
