Does card:Liliana's Caress trigger for each card discarded?

card:Liliana's Caress says "whenever an opponent discards a card" This means the ability will trigger once for each card discarded, since each card being discarded is a separate instance of an opponent discarding a card.

Gatherer ruling:

8/15/2010: If an opponent discards multiple cards (due to a spell, an ability, or the action of discarding down to the maximum hand size during his or her cleanup step), Liliana's Caress's ability triggers that many times.
