Does Light-Paws trigger from casting curses or auras on my opponents permanants?

Light-paws reads "whenever an aura enters the battlefield under your control." do curses enter under your control if you enchant an opponent? Will it trigger light-paws?

Yes. You control the Auras even when they're attached to something you don't control, so they will be "an Aura entering the battlefield under your control" and will trigger Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice. However, you cannot use Light-Paws to put a Curse into play since Curses can't be attached to her.
