Does Gift of Orzhov count as multicolored?

I want to know if I can equip a Soldier of the Pantheon with gift of orzhov or not due to its protection from multicolored?

Yes. Regardless of what colors you paid for Gift of Orzhova, the hybrid symbol makes it a multicolored card. You cannot enchant Soldier of the Pantheon with because of Soldier's protection clause.

fun fact: A common misplay is casting the +2/+2 effect of Selesnya Charm on soldier. i thappens more than it should :c
