Does Enchanted Evening make playing a nonenchantment permenant trigger Constellation?

If I have an Enchanted Evening and one or more enchantments with Constellation on the battlefield when I play a land, would that land trigger constellation?

Yes. Permanents enter the battlefield as enchantments, so they trigger abilities accordingly.
