Does Elspeth Tirel 's -5 destroy itself and other planes walkers?

Elspeth Tirel 's last ability affect everything else except for Elspeth Tirel , lands and tokens. It says "all other", thus she herself is not affected.

But it would destroy other planewalkers, as they fall under the catagory of permanants.
