Does an exiled creature returning to play have sickness?

If a creature is exiled from Oblivion Ring . When enchantment is destroyed the creature returns to play does this creature have summoning sickness?

Yes.

Exiled creatures leave the battlefield. A creature has summoning sickness unless it has been controlled continuously by you since the beginning of your last upkeep.

Technically summoning sickness wears off at the beginning of the turn (before untap), not the beginning of the upkeep.
