Does Affinity Stack?

Like lets say I have a Mycosynth Golem in hand, a Mycosynth Golem on the battlefield, and 5 artifacts on the battlefield. Would Affinity stack and the Mycosynth Golem in my hand cost 10 less or 5 less?

Yes.
702.40c If a spell has multiple instances of affinity, each of them applies.
