Does activated abilities on a creature stack?

Specifically Bloodthrone Vampire, if I sacrifice two creatures, would I get +4/+4? And is the same for an ability like Prowess? Would it get extra power? Example card that has it Jeskai Elder

Yes it would. Each instance that buffs your creature is separate from each other instance of the same ability. They do stack.
