Do poisonous and infect stack?

If I play Blighted Agent and enchant it with Snake Cult Initiation, does Blighted Agent inflict 4 poison counters on the defending player or 3?

Four. Blighted Agent will deal 1 combat damage to the defending player. Because this is infect damage, the player will get a poison counter instead of losing 1 life. However, it's still combat damage, so poisonous triggers. When the poisonous ability resolves, the player gets an additional 3 poison counters.
