Do my counters stay if my creature becomes another?

I have a creature with say, 10 +1/+1 counters. I play Infinite Reflection on my opponents creature. Would my creature that has counters and changed to a copy of another creature keep it's 10 counters?

Yes. Counters of any kind will stay on a permanent until it leaves the battlefield, except in the case of Skullbriar, the Walking Grave. Your creature will keep its +1/+1 counters.
