Do multicolored spells count as both colors?

If I have a multicolored spell, like Elusive Krasis , would it count as both a green and a blue creature, or would it have no effect.

EXAMPLE: If I have Ivy Lane Denizen out and I play Elusive Krasis , does Ivy Lane Denzen's ability kick in?

Yes it would, Elusive Krasis counts as both a green and a blue creature so the Denizen's ability would trigger
