Do I automatically lose when I don't have anymore cards in my library?

Do I automatically lose when I don't have anymore cards in my library (during oppenent's turn, assuming my opponent uses a library-burn deck)? Or I will only lose during my draw step?
You only lose when you have to draw a card but are unable to due to the fact you have no cards in your library.
By the way, the correct turn for a "library-burn" deck is a "mill" deck (from Millstone ).

What if I have to mill 5 cards but I don't have anymore cards in my library?

Another example: If you have no cards in your library, Opportunity targeting you will force a loss.

Matsi883: TTBOMK, Wizards has never released official names for strategies. 'Mill' is the common name for the technique, but to say it's the 'correct' one is a bit harsh. Nomenclature changes over time, and some local metas may have their own terminology.

That's true. "Mill" is the unofficial name used even on the mothership.

You will only lose when you have to draw a card from an empty library. Just having an empty library doesn't cause you to lose the game.
