dfc questions

when a dfc card like for example goes to the graveyard unflipped...and i revive it can i choose what side ti comes back in? is it in the graveyard as both sides? theres also this card that like revives all werewolves (4got name) but what if my stuff died in human form? help would be apreciated thx.
If it is put onto the battlefield from the graveyard (aka "reanimated"), it will return on it's original side (the one with the casting cost and sun symbol). In short, when it is put into the graveyard from the battlefield, it is put into the graveyard on it's original side.
As for your second question, I assume you mean [Full Moon's Rise]. However, this does not reanimate any of your werewolves. It merely regenerates them. Any card that is in your graveyard at the time a regeneration effect is activated will not be affected. Regeneration is more of a 'save your creature' effect, and it does not bring creatures back from the graveyard. Also, a werewolf in human form still has "werewolf" as part of its creature type, and is therefore considered a werewolf, and will be affected. Since there seems to be some confusion as to what regeneration is, here is the ruling on it from the comprehensive rulebook.
701.12. Regenerate
701.12a If the effect of a resolving spell or ability regenerates a permanent, it creates a replacement effect that protects the permanent the next time it would be destroyed this turn. In this case, "Regenerate [permanent]" means "The next time [permanent] would be destroyed this turn, instead remove all damage marked on it and tap it. If it's an attacking or blocking creature, remove it from combat."
701.12b If the effect of a static ability regenerates a permanent, it replaces destruction with an alternate effect each time that permanent would be destroyed. In this case, "Regenerate [permanent]" means "Instead remove all damage marked on [permanent] and tap it. If it's an attacking or blocking creature, remove it from combat."
701.12c Neither activating an ability that creates a regeneration shield nor casting a spell that creates a regeneration shield is the same as regenerating a permanent. Effects that say that a permanent can't be regenerated don't prevent such abilities from being activated or such spells from being cast; rather, they prevent regeneration shields from having any effect.
I hope this was able to help.

A double-faced card always enters the battlefield with its front face up. As far as the game rules are concerned, the back face of the card does not exist unless it is on the battlefield.
I am unsure what you mean by "revive" all werewolves. This could be used to mean "Return all werewolf creature cards from your graveyard to the battlefield." That card does not exist.
If you are referring to Full Moon's Rise
, then you do not understand what the keyword "regenerate" means.

A creature that regenerates does not go to the graveyard and then return, it never dies in the first place.
Also, as far as I know, all the werewolf creatures have the "werewolf" type on both sides of the card, so it doesn't matter which side was up when you activated Full Moon's Rise
.
