Darkest Hour and Teysa

Does Darkest Hour make creatures black in addition to their other colors? Or only black? I ask in reference to both of Teysa, Orzhov Scion's abilities. Thanks!

You combo Darkest Hour and Teysa, Orzhov Scion with Blasting Station and any other creature. Then you win.

It makes all creatures monoblack, since it doesn't specify "in addition to their other colors."
The card you'll need for that combo is Painter's Servant
