Dance of the Dead Question?

I'm a little bit unclear with the rulings of the card Dance of the Dead . When it enters the battlefield it enters tapped and on my next upkeep I pay 2 to untap it, that I know but with this card will I have to pay 2 to untap it every time the enchanted creature is tapped? or just the first time when it enters the battlfield?

The last two lines of Dance of the Dead 's Oracle text are

Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.

At the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted creature's controller, that player may pay 1B. If he or she does, untap that creature.

The enchanted creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step. You'll need to pay 1B each time you want to untap it.
