Is it able for a creature to crew a vehicle even if it is casted this turn? It is a costs you should be able to tap the creature for the crew cost. Am i right?

You would be able to.

Summoning sickness only prevents a creature from attacking or using abilities with or in the cost. You'll be able to tap a creature with summoning sickness for the ability of another permanent, such as crewing a Vehicle or tapping Wizards for Azami, Lady of Scrolls' ability.

Yes, only the cost can't be paid by a creature with summoning sickness, but if the only requirement is to tap a creature (as it is for Crew abilities), that's perfectly fine as long as it doesn't enter the battlefield tapped.
