copying instances and sorceries with multiple options

if I were to use Teach by Example on a card like Invoke the Firemind would i have to copy the exact same option or could i use the draw card option on the first time i play the spell and then the x damage for the copy of the spell?

After you have chosen a mode any copies of that spell are going to be the chosen mode unless a card says otherwise
