Copying & Devour

If Riku of Two Reflections copies a Dracoplasm that has devoured 10 points of victim, do you get 2 big dracoplasms or one 10 point and 1 that is 0/0 unless it eats something?

I have heard multiple versions on what gets copied and what does not.

You will get a 0/0 Dracoplasm copy unless you sacrifice creatures for the copy (note that this ability is not quite devour). Devour works the same way.
