Opponents' is a plural possessive, which means all cards in all opponent's graveyards.
Also, this question should be asked in the MTG Q&A section linked up top.

Firstly, Rules questions are supposed to be asked in the Q & A section of the site. This keeps the forums from being cluttered with them all the time.
To answer your question though, It says "Graveyards" therefore it counts all opponents yards so yes, it would equal that.

This should be asked in the Q&A, as the general forum is for general questions about magic. You should get a quicker response if you post in the Questions and Answers next time. (Top of the page, next to articles).
And all of them XD
