Commander In A Graveyard And Bojuka Bog

If my opponent chooses to put his or her commander in the graveyard and I Bojuka Bog their graveyard, what becomes of his or her commander? Does it go back to the Command Zone?

1. If a Commander would be put into a graveyard or exile from anywhere, its owner may choose to move it to the command zone instead.

So yes, usually the commander will go back to the command zone, unless for some reason your opponent decides to let it be exiled.
