Combat Question

Let's say my opponent control two untapped creatures, for example two Alpha Tyrranax. I control one Loxodon Convert and choose to attack with him, my opponent block with one Alpha Tyrranax and I cast right away Take into Custody, targeting his blocking Alpha Tyrranax, now, does my opponent get the right to block with his second Alpha Tyrranax, or the damage would delt to him directly? thanks a lot!

Neither, actually. Once blockers are declared, those creatures are dealing damage in the combat damage step unless they're removed from combat. Tapping them after blocking doesn't remove them from combat, so you would have to tap them before blockers are being declared in order to prevent that. Also, even if they were removed from combat after blocking, unless your creature has Trample, it wouldn't deal damage to the opponent.
A single combat phase only has one step to declare blockers, though. If your opponent only declares one creature as a blocker, that's what they're choosing. They can't go back and choose a different set of blockers once they know what you are going to do afterwards.
