CMC of a Transformed Card?

What is the cmc of a transformed card, such as Delver of Secrets  ^Flip ?

The cmc of a card is always the sum of it's mana cost (the line of symbols in the top right corner). As Insectile Aberration  ^Flip does not have a mana cost, it's cmc is equal to 0.

It's CMC is 0.

here are the relevant rulings

711.2b While a double-faced permanents back face is up, it has only the characteristics of its back face. The back face doesnt have a mana cost; it has the colors in its color indicator (see rule 202.2e), if any.

202.3a The converted mana cost of an object with no mana cost is 0.
