Cloak and Dagger rules

Can you attack to Cloak and Dagger to a rouge that comes into play because they are being attached at the same time. Or does the shroud of the 1st one block the other one?

When a Rogue enters the battlefield, both Cloak and Daggers will trigger. Shroud prevents you from targeting a creature, but these triggers don't target. So, each trigger will resolve, and you can attach both equipment to the Rogue.
