card names

i have 2 Magosi, the Waterveil so now an I tap one of them to use the ability to put a eon counter one the other and then the untapped one with the eon counter can i use its second ability to take the extra turn? the card does not say "this card" but rather the cards name instead

Whenever a card says its own name in its text, it is literally meaning "This card the ability is printed on." If it didn't, it be worded like Detention Sphere where it specifically mentions "other permanents named this card".

When you put the eon counter on the first Magosi, the Waterveil, the eon counter will go on that land. The other land will be unaffected. You cannot tap it to take an extra turn unless you had already put an eon counter also on that physical card earlier in the game.
