Can you skip your own turn to stop Emrakul, the Promised End's trigger?

Can you activate Chronosavant 's ability in response to your opponent casting Emrakul, the Promised End and targeting you with it? if you can, does this skip the turn where your opponent has control or the extra turn where you have control?

If you were to skip your own next turn, then the turn after that one would be your Next turn that you would have and your opponent would control you then.

The next turn is defined as just that. If you skip one, then the one after that is considered your next turn.
